This office project, realised for Informa Group Plc, aimed to create a space that is compatible with the corporate identity, sensitive to employee needs and with high aesthetic values. This 900 m² new generation workspace stands out with its open plan layout, calming colour palette and flexible usage scenarios.

The project was shaped by considering both Informa's brand values and employee habits. The natural materials and warm tones used aim to offer a comfortable, friendly and professional atmosphere to the user in open office spaces.
Wood textured panels, simple floor coverings and organic transitional forms provide both spatial integrity and warmth. In addition to white and wood tones, the corporate identity was successfully integrated into the interior by using brand-specific blue tones in a balanced way.

The entrance, defined by wooden arch details and oval transitional ceiling-tile alignments, welcomes the visitor with a soft and natural flow.

These private areas, which support the open office plan, are designed to meet the individual needs of the employees in a way to provide sound insulation and privacy.

The Tech Bar area, which not only supports social interaction, but also functions as a rest and meeting point, where employees can manage technical equipment such as AV systems, cameras and access points.

Comfortable seating areas placed at different points in the open office offer employees the opportunity to breathe for short breaks.

Thanks to the acoustic movable panel system, two separate meeting rooms can be combined into one large hall when necessary. The writable glass wall supports collective thinking by providing a surface that encourages interaction.
The priority in the planning process was the user experience and a fluid circulation between spaces. The sense of height supported by open ceilings, the use of natural light and a simple colour palette created an environment where employees can work in a peaceful and focused way.

As the general contractor of the project, Diem successfully managed all the processes of interior design applications. All material procurement, detail analyses and field applications were completed in a complete manner by adhering to the design integrity. Thanks to the disciplined work follow-up and strong team coordination throughout the project, high quality delivery was achieved within the targeted time.
“With Informa project, we are happy to execute the correct design with right execution planning.
