Bayer Headquarters

The renovation project of the international pharmaceutical company Bayer's Headquarters Building, located on an area of 11500 m², selected by the competition, was completed on time and within the budget by Diem Mühendislik Mimarlık. During the renewal period of the Leed Gold Certified project, the existing building continued to operate and all building construction activities were programmed in a way that would not affect the current working order and the project was successfully delivered.
