Diem Academy is a training group specially created to support the overall success of our employees and our company. This group aims to provide our employees with qualified training and development opportunities for sustainability in a constantly evolving business environment.
Diem Social Media is a group that operates with the aim of strengthening the company's digital presence and establishing a closer interaction with our customers. This group aims to expand the vision of our company with impressive content and interactive posts on social media platforms.
Diem Technology is a group created to ensure that our company leads in the field of construction technology. This group aims to increase the competitive advantage of our company by following and implementing innovative technologies.

The "We Are Together" group aims to create a strong sense of loyalty and social responsibility among our employees. Together with sub-groups such as Yemekteyiz Biz, Gezeriz Biz, Sosyaliz Biz and The Voice Diem, it plans to initiate various activities to encourage solidarity and unity among employees and to strengthen our corporate culture.
These groups symbolise Diem's commitment to becoming a stronger, more innovative and more social organisation by 2022. We are moving forward with excitement to shape our future achievements together with our employees. As mentioned in our company motto, we always believe that "People Make the Difference".

Our in-house training programmes focus on the development of our employees and include three different types of training.
1. Internal Education:
The internal training module allows our employees who are above a certain level within the company and who have experience to share their experiences with other employees. With the trainings organised with our employees specialised in subjects such as Project Management, Microsoft Office and Finance, we identify our employees who we think are open to development and organise special training programmes according to their suitability.
2. External Education:
In the external training module, forms are sent to the managers to evaluate each new employee at the end of the 2nd and 6th months. As a result of these evaluations, areas open to improvement are identified and employees are directed to distance or formal training.
These studies are asked by Human Resources not only for each new employee, but also periodically to the managers of all employees during KPI processes, and trainings can be assigned in areas deemed necessary. In addition, we aim to provide support in areas where we are open to development by organising personal development trainings for our employees through the companies we receive consultancy from.
3. Online Education:
The online training module offers various online courses on personal development topics in order to provide flexibility to our employees. These trainings aim to increase general competences such as leadership skills, communication strategies, motivation and time management.
Diem Academy aims to contribute to our employees to become a leading professional in the construction industry by providing them with the knowledge, skills and competences they need to stand out in the sector.
Apart from the topics mentioned above, we are proud to present you a programme that we think can contribute to the sector.

Launched in the last months of 2022, ATHENA (Architect Heros Names) New Graduate Training Programme is a new opportunity and commitment we offer as Diem Human Resources. The programme is designed to develop the skills of newly graduated architects and engineers and to make a strong start to their careers.
The main objective of the ATHENA programme is to prepare new graduates for the industry and make them valuable experts of our company. Within the scope of the programme, architect and engineer candidates are periodically evaluated and their career development is closely monitored. As a result of these evaluations, different training assignments are made between those who will work in the field and those who will work in head office positions.
At its core, the ATHENA programme adopts a collaborative training model. New graduates share their development through forms that regularly communicate their experiences in the field to their managers. At the same time, special training programmes are organised for head office employees, who participate in online training and support their personal development.
New graduates participating in the programme benefit from Diem's wide range of training resources and the knowledge and experience of its experienced staff. While reinforcing their technical skills through internal trainings, they learn leadership and project management strategies in the sector through external trainings. In addition, they constantly renew themselves in the field of personal development through online trainings.
As of now, a total of 10 new graduates are employed in our company under the ATHENA programme. These young talents make a significant contribution to our company's growth and success journey with their ability to adapt quickly to the sector and their open attitude to learning. As Diem, with the ATHENA programme, we are determined to train future leaders in the sector by offering young graduates not only a job but also a career opportunity.
