Employer: Enerjisa Enerji Üretim A.Ş.
Location Ataşehir, İstanbul
Area: 3.000 m²
Description: Office Fit-Out
Completion Date: February 2024
The renovation of Enerjisa Üretim Headquarters' 3,000 m² office space in Ataşehir, Istanbul was completed as a comprehensive fit-out project aiming to create a modern and sustainable working environment.
The project was conducted in two phases. Phase 1 was completed between May 2023 and October 2023; Phase 2 was completed between November 2023 and February 2024.

Project Manager Civil Engineer Msc Bülent Canik commented on the project.
“The biggest challenge encountered during the project was process management. In the first phase, disruptions in the work schedule made the progress of the project difficult. However, these difficulties were overcome with additional subcontractor reinforcements and strict schedule monitoring. In this way, the problems encountered in process management were effectively resolved and the project was completed on time.”

One of the notable innovations in the project was the implementation of NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) and autopot systems in the office space. These are closed-loop systems for growing plants inside the office and have played an important role in creating sustainable offices. These technologies allow for the live cultivation of especially matriarchal plant seeds. At the same time, they provide an opportunity for employees to experiment by utilizing these specially grown products in the kitchen.

Generating appropriate and immediate solutions to the problems encountered in the project stood out as one of the most successful aspects of the project. In this way, every challenge was overcome by the project team's quick and effective solution suggestions. In addition, the principles of NFT and autopot systems were learned and a life-size wind turbine model was built during the project. These innovations increased the team's knowledge on sustainability and innovative technologies.

Enerjisa Üretim Headquarters Renovation Project was realized by using new technology and modern application types and materials apart from traditional touches. Creating creative and sustainable spaces in the project played an important role in the modernization of the office environment. Project Manager Bülent Canik stated that the project attracted attention with its applications that opened new horizons in terms of both technology and sustainability.
The project has set a successful example in creating a modern and sustainable working environment, while offering important lessons in process management, innovative technologies and sustainable practices. This project will continue to be a valuable reference point for future projects.
