Şişecam Denizli Experience Workshop

The spatial design has been approached in a way that reveals the industrial identity inherent in the existing structure. Traces of the structural system, material texture, and production lines have been preserved, and the transformation process has been built upon these layers. New functions have been integrated into the space using a design language that does not merely attach to the structure but becomes one with it. The transformation of the Şişecam Denizli Factory aims to create a public space that preserves the production heritage of the past, offers experiences and opportunities for sharing to today’s users, and remains open to the future. This project is not merely an architectural transformation; it is a way of rethinking memory, material, and space.
