As a former Siemens partner, Sqills has relocated from the Siemens Campus to Ataşehir Teknokent. The new 350 m² office occupies approximately half of a floor. One of the project’s major challenges was the reduced ceiling height due to the raised floor. Additionally, since natural ventilation was not possible in the office located on the 23rd floor, a fresh air supply system was integrated without compromising ceiling height. A balance between aesthetics and functionality was achieved through the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems. To create a serene atmosphere, plants, green walls, and natural textures were chosen; a balanced and inviting environment was created using Sqills’ vibrant corporate colors. User comfort and productivity were supported through strategic lighting and careful material selection.
