Our \"occupational health and safety policy\" reflects the superior value we place on people, as a leading company in the sector in terms of technology and quality, aware of its responsibilities towards the environment and society, making significant contributions to the country's economy.<\/p>

Our primary priority in all our fields of activity is zero work accident and occupational disease.<\/p>

Within the framework of this policy, it is extremely important to make our working areas safe and healthy with the philosophy of constantly improving the working environment conditions in all our fields of activity, as a constant follower of current standards and national legislation.<\/p>

We document our work on \"development and implementation of occupational health and safety\" in a way that will increase total quality management activities, carry out them continuously and in a planned manner, and review them at regular intervals.<\/p>

Occupational accident measures and health measures increase the workforce and working efficiency of our employees, as well as contribute to their competitiveness. We aim to improve the knowledge level of our employees in their work with trainings, to increase social and cultural activities, to maximize morale and motivation, both in terms of safety and efficiency.<\/p>

Based on the philosophy of \"human health and safety first\", we carry out practices in line with the view that any investment to be made to our employees and suppliers, who work at our construction sites and projects, takes precedence over all other factors.<\/p>
