(Lmi) increased from <strong>64.3 in 2019 to 69.5 in 2024.<\/strong>  But the work-from-home experience score (H-Lmi) is still ahead at 79.5.<\/p>\n<h3>The 3 most important activities for employees:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Individual-orientated desk work (89%)<\/li>\n<li>Planned meetings (74%)<\/li>\n<li>Focused co-operation (58%)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>The 3 most chosen purposes of the office for companies:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cooperation and exchange of information (70%)<\/li>\n<li>Creating pride and belonging to the organisation (43%)<\/li>\n<li>Supporting creativity and innovation (37%)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The striking point here: Individual-orientated work, which employees need most, is hardly defined as the main purpose of the office (<strong>only 27 per <strong>%40<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Temperature control: <strong>%41<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Proportion of employees dissatisfied with basic equipment such as chairs, tables and monitors: <strong>%25<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This data plays a critical role in determining the answer to the question \u2018why should I come to the office?\u2019.<\/p>\n<h2>Property Portfolio: Reduce or Transform?<\/h2>\n<p>2024\u2019\u00fcn sonunda y\u00f6neticilerin <strong>%74\u2019\u00fc<\/strong>, son 18 ayda ofis alan\u0131n\u0131 azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya da azaltmay\u0131
