The day began with a welcome reception and refreshments at midday, followed by inspiring discussions and a lively question-and-answer session. data-end=\"478\">At our event;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"576\" class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lean.org.tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"\u2018481\u2019\" data-end=\"\u2018498\u2019\">Lean Institute<\/strong>'s<\/a> <strong data-start=\"\u201c503\u201d\" data-end=\"\u2018519\u2019\">Nezih Soydan<\/strong> explained the cultural and leadership dimensions with real-life examples.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"576\" class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apoprojekt.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"\u2018579\u2019\" data-end=\"\u2018593\u2019\">Apoprojekt<\/strong>\u2019s<\/a> <strong data-start=\"\u201c598\u201d\" data-end=\"\u2018618\u2019\">Sebastian Mantei<\/strong> shared his simple applications from office and construction site practice.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"576\" class=\"translation-block\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.studio-alliance.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"\u2018674\u2019\" data-end=\"\u2018693\u2019\">Studio Alliance<\/strong><\/a> 's <strong data-start=\"\u2018698\u2019\" data-end=\"\u2018715\u2019\">Clive Lucking<\/strong> shared his experience and network influence in Europe and the United Kingdom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img waste<\/strong> cannot be viewed in isolation from efficiency: Lean clarifies not only \u2018what we say yes to\u2019 but also \u2018what we choose not to do\u2019.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1075\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"\u20181078\u2019\" data-end=\"\u20181108\u2019\">Flow and reliable planning<\/strong> make a difference on site: A system where commitments are honoured and delays are reduced maintains quality and delivery dates.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1075\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"\u20181232\u2019\" data-end=\"\u20181250\u2019\">The Gemba reflex<\/strong> (seeing things on the spot) triggers rapid learning both in the office and in the field.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1075\" class=\"translation-block\">Without <strong data-start=\"\u20181321\u2019\" data-end=\"\u20181343\u2019\">culture and leadership<\/strong>, tools alone are not enough: Daily improvement and open communication are the backbone of sustainability.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1075\" class=\"translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"\u20181452\u2019\" data-end=\"\u20181465\u2019\">Network effect<\/strong>: In collective structures such as Studio Alliance, good examples spread more quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
