He also divides his time between a farm in Bavaria and projects in various cities around the world; these two contrasting experiences give him a very powerful perspective on his work.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1073\">Why Must We Talk About the Future?<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1216\"><em><strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1216\">To be successful today, it is essential to understand the near future.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Change is no longer linear; <br data-start=\"\u20181245\u2019\" data-end=\"\u20181248\u2019\"> technology, behaviours, business models, expectations and economic conditions are all transforming simultaneously and at a rapid pace, from different angles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Therefore, our work is not just about designing an office, completing a project or solving a specific problem. <strong> It's about anticipating the future and preparing our clients for it by designing spaces that reflect this reality.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1670\">1. \u201cThere is no finish line\u201d<\/h2>\n<p>Handing over an office or completing a project does not mark the end of the road.<br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10745 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diem.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/yakin-gelecegin-ofisleri-1-e1763968137784.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.diem.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/yakin-gelecegin-ofisleri-1-e1763968137784.png 605w, https:\/\/www.diem.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/yakin-gelecegin-ofisleri-1-e1763968137784-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/www.diem.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/yakin-gelecegin-ofisleri-1-e1763968137784-18x12.png 18w, https:\/\/www.diem.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/yakin-gelecegin-ofisleri-1-e1763968137784-440x279.png 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 605px) 100vw, 605px\" \/><br \/>\nBecause:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1809\">Technology is changing.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1835\">The workforce is changing.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1835\">Expectations are changing,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1835\">The economic and social landscape is changing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Venues must now adapt to this change; it is no longer a choice.<br data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2015\" \/>This is precisely why designs created without consideration for the future run the risk of becoming obsolete very quickly.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2165\">2. The Age of AI and the Agentic Office<\/h2>\n<p>One of the most striking aspects of the presentation was the way in which artificial intelligence is reshaping the workforce.<br \/>\nRecently:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2722\">Human workers<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2722\">Digital workers (AI agents),<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2703\" data-end=\"2722\">Autonomous robotics<br data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2782\" \/>will exist in the same ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10750 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diem.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/yakin-gelecegin-ofisleri-4-e1763967729293.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"613\" height=\"631\" \/><br \/>\nThis new reality means that offices must be designed not just as 'workspaces', but as hybrid collaboration platforms.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"3003\">4. The Abstraction of the Economy and the New Role of the Office<\/h2>\n<p>The investment profiles of companies have now largely shifted towards intangible assets.<br data-start=\"3093\" data-end=\"3096\" \/>software, data, brand, culture, know-how.<br \/>\nThis situation does not diminish the value of physical spaces. In fact, it elevates their role to a more meaningful one.<br \/>\nThe office is a space that fosters culture, enables collaboration and conveys a message.<br \/>\nThe function of the space has changed.
