Diem completed the Enerjisa Production Kozan Social Facility project in Adana in July 2022, which started in August 2021. With an area of 2,400 square meters, the project was designed by Abba Architecture, while the rough construction works, finishing works and landscape applications were carried out by Diem. The project was managed by Enerjisa \u00dcretim's own construction department.<\/p>\n

Enerjisa \u00dcretim Kozan Social Facility has been planned as a mixed project for the teams of Enerjisa who inspects all power plants in Adana and its surroundings. The aim was to meet the accommodation and social space needs of Enerjisa employees.<\/p>\n

\nThere are gym and seminar hall for training in the basement of the project.

\nThere is a cafeteria and game room on the ground floor of the project.
\n\"\"
\nThere are 11 hotel rooms for accommodation on the 1st floor of the project.

\nIn its garden, there is an open area of the cafeteria and a playground.
\n\"\"
\nOn the second floor, there is a terrace area.
\n\"\"
\nDiem also took part in different projects of the Sabanc\u0131 Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sabanc\u0131 Group, founded in 1967, is one of the leading companies in Turkey, serving more than 40 million customers as of 2020, with approximately 60 thousand employees in 14 countries.<\/p>\n

While the 5,500 square meters LEED Gold certified Enerjisa \u00dcretim Head Office, located in Istanbul Ata\u015fehir in July 2020, was designed by Abba Architecture, its construction works were carried out by Diem. The project had completed in an ambitious 90 days and moved.<\/p>\n

As Enerjisa was satisfied with the process in terms of time and quality in the head office project, Diem preferred the Adana project. In addition, Diem completed the Ak\u00e7ansa project at Palladium Tower in 2019 and is currently implementing the Sabanc\u0131 Center office floors.<\/p>\n

Enerjisa \u00dcretim Kozan Social Facility aims to obtain LEED Silver certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the guidance of Enerjisa's LEED consultant for the LEED Silver certificate, which was targeted at the beginning, sustainable choices were made and implemented in the project, from material selection to garden irrigation system and waste management. The fact that the implementation of the Enerjisa \u00dcretim Head Office project, which has LEED Gold certification, was also carried out by Diem provided convenience in this process. Currently, the Enerjisa \u00dcretim Kozan Social Facility certification process continues.<\/p>\n

\nCarrying out a project approximately 1000 km from Istanbul\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kozan is 110 km away from Adana and approximately 1000 km away from Istanbul. Due to the fact that the project site is far from the center of Adana and is a small place, it was overcome even though there were difficulties in finding the small needs during the construction process.<\/p>\n

Except for the concrete, steel and iron parts, most materials such as aluminum joinery, marble, parquet, lighting, ceramics, wallpaper were sent from Istanbul according to the production time and work schedule. Electric panels were made in Istanbul. Routinely checked after shipping.<\/p>\n

Diem added a new one to its turnkey projects with Enerjisa \u00dcretim Kozan Social Facility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the field of industrial facilities, the Do\u011fadan Factory Building, Valeo and Henkel projects were completed by Diem on a turnkey basis. What is different for Diem in the Enerjisa Production project was a mixed project that included areas with unique needs such as a hotel, cafeteria, seminar hall and gym. Therefore, the variety of materials and details was much more than in other projects.
