This highlights the growing importance of flexibility in work arrangements, allowing employees to balance their professional and personal lives effectively.<\/p>\n<p>11% of respondents favored fully remote work, indicating a significant segment of the workforce that values the freedom and autonomy offered by remote setups. This aligns with the trend towards open, flexible workspaces that promote interaction and communication among team members.<\/p>\n<p>15% prefer to work in co-working and meeting spaces, reflecting the need for dedicated spaces for teamwork and brainstorming, while 22% prefer home-office working, reflecting the increasing acceptance and effectiveness of remote working arrangements.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
