Sabanc\u0131 Holding collaborated with Diem Engineering and Architecture to renovate the 6000 m\u00b2 office and common areas of its headquarters building in Levent, Istanbul. Diem was responsible for the implementation and coordination of the project.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\nIn this project, the existing office spaces were completely renovated and organised in accordance with the needs of the modern business environment. Diem Engineering and Architecture set high standards in material selection and workmanship, aiming to implement the existing design in the best possible way.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\nWhile managing the procurement and construction management processes, Diem Engineering and Architecture has ensured that all stakeholders move forward in line with the same goals through a fixed communication network and regular coordination meetings.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\nAll renovation and fit-out works targeted in the project were successfully completed and Sabanc\u0131 Holding employees were provided with a modern and functional working environment. The project was completed within the planned timeframe and budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Within the scope of the project, especially thanks to the coexistence of many design components, the harmonisation of the infrastructure differences required and the successful coordination in the solutions, the result was achieved in the expected quality. In the project carried out as Shell&Core, our project was completed within the target times without any negative impact on the work and organisations throughout the building. <\/strong>\u2013 Birant Akkuyu \/ Project Manager<\/p>\n The successes achieved in the project have once again proved the importance of the care, planning and team coordination shown in the project management and implementation processes.
