As Diem, we always focus on the future and take innovative steps together with our employees. Recently, we came together with our young team and held an inspiring strategy meeting. In this meeting, we discussed the 2025 goals and long-term vision of our company as we successfully left 2024 behind. With various workshops, creative questions and interactive activities, we shaped the future of Diem together.

Meeting Details

In our strategy meeting, we listened to the opinions of our employees to move Diem to a stronger position both today and in the future. In the light of past experiences, we discussed ideas and new projects that will carry our company forward. With workshops and creative activities, we imagined where Diem will be in the future with its current values.

Workshops Dreams and Plans for the Future

During the workshops, we organised a ‘Newspaper News from 2035’ activity that stimulated the imagination of our employees. Teams designed a headline describing Diem's achievements in the future and imagined the point our company wants to reach in 10 years. We then created the visuals of these newspapers with artificial intelligence.

Another creative activity was the ‘cap workshop’. In this workshop, teams discussed what could be done for the future of the company with hats representing different positions (Company Partner, General Manager, Construction Site Team, etc.). The contribution of each team enriched our vision even more. In particular, the ideas that emerged with creative approaches and the cooperation of the teams shaped our company's 2025 roadmap. We then created the visuals of these newspapers with artificial intelligence.

One of the most important outcomes of our meeting was to identify 5 bold steps that will shape the future of Diem. These steps will guide both the growth of our company and the development of our employees.
