At the end of every year, when we look back, what remains is not only the projects completed, but also the relationships built, the moments shared, and everything we learned throughout the process. For Diem, 2025 was exactly that kind of year: fast-paced, highly productive, instructive, and deeply inspiring.
As we look ahead to 2026, our focus is clear: stronger partnerships, increased production, and a more sustainable approach. Our key priorities include: daha güçlü iş birlikleri, daha fazla üretim ve daha sürdürülebilir bir yaklaşım.
Alongside these, more projects, more events, and a strong emphasis on sustainability-focused initiatives form the core themes of 2026.

A snapshot of what we accomplished throughout the year:
Behind these figures were processes that required detailed planning, interdisciplinary coordination, and a high level of adaptability. The challenges we encountered further strengthened our organizational flexibility and problem-solving capabilities.

Throughout 2025, we came together with many experts from different disciplines. We hosted some events and participated in others. Each meeting brought conversations, new perspectives, and a shared way of thinking.
İnşa Eden Kadınlar Summitprovided a strong platform focused on inclusivity and diversity within the industry.
BMS Design Center Visit (Paris)offered the opportunity to experience international design, technology, and innovation practices firsthand.
Shaw Contract Visit (Edinburgh)allowed us to explore current approaches to interior solutions, sustainable production strategies, and design processes.
University Presentations helped us build a sustainable knowledge bridge between academia and professional practice.
Lean Management Seminar enabled us to integrate process efficiency and lean management principles into our organizational operations.

The Carpe Diem magazines we published in 2025 became an important communication tool reflecting Diem’s corporate energy and team spirit. Published three times a year, this internal publication offered a holistic content structure that included:
It offered a comprehensive content structure that included current news and events; anniversaries and new team members; recommendation sections for books, films, exhibitions and different areas of interest; ongoing and completed projects, thereby nurturing the corporate memory.
The One Team gatherings we introduced to keep team spirit alive became one of the strongest pillars of 2025. Held on the last Friday of every month at our headquarters, these events included presentations, workshops, and birthday celebrations for our colleagues—highlighting not only working together, but also creating and celebrating together.

For Diem, 2025 was not just a year left behind; it became a solid reference point for 2026 and beyond. Moving forward, we will continue our journey as a structure that produces together, thinks together, and designs with a strong sense of responsibility.
