Fire Safety Awareness in Children: Special Training in our Office

Fire safety is a vital issue that everyone should learn from an early age. With this awareness, we organised a Fire Safety Training and Drill for children in our office. The aim of this event, which was attended by the children and relatives of our employees, was to teach how to act in case of fire and to raise safety awareness in children.

Making Fire Safety Fun for Children

It was important to make a serious topic such as fire safety understandable and fun for children. Therefore, we used animations, child-friendly visuals and interactive narratives during the training. Children learnt how fire starts, when it becomes dangerous and how to behave during a fire. We also shared vital information such as fire alarms, emergency exit routes and smoke protection methods.

Practical Fire Extinguisher Drill

After the theoretical information, a practical fire extinguishing drill was organised for the children. Under the guidance of an expert, children learnt basic information about the use of fire extinguishers and had the chance to experience how to intervene. This activity, which was both educational and exciting, attracted great interest of the children.

Safer Steps to the Future

The curious questions of the children and their interest in the event once again showed the importance of raising fire safety awareness from an early age. We believe that such trainings are a big step towards raising more conscious and safe generations in the future.
