The final gathering of the year for Studio Alliance, of which we are a founding member, took place this time in the historic and enchanting city of Krakow, Poland. These three days, during which we came together with experts in workplace design and implementation from 18 different European countries, proved to be an inspiring experience both professionally and personally.

A busy and packed programme awaited us throughout the event.
Marek Parzydłoshared how understanding our strengths and areas for development, based on the Gallup Clifton Strengths framework, contributes to teamwork.
Dr. Elizabeth C. Nelson meanwhile, delivered an energetic, interactive session on human behaviour and the psychology of workplace design.
We as Diem also had the opportunity to share our 2026 goals and recent developments. It was extremely valuable for us to exchange ideas about innovations in the sector and develop shared visions with professionals from different countries.

Outside of the meetings, Krakow also provided us with unforgettable moments.
The city exceeded our expectations with its historical texture, architecture and atmosphere. We enjoyed pleasant conversations over dinner and made new friends.
We also had the opportunity to visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine, which is protected by UNESCO, and explore this unique underground world.
We also visited the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps, which have left deep scars throughout history; this visit stirred powerful emotions in all of us and remains etched in our memories as an unforgettable experience.

This year's gathering is a special event where we celebrate Studio Alliance's 5th anniversary together. Sharing the same vision with partners from across Europe, strengthening collaboration and shaping the future of workplaces together has inspired us anew.

We returned from the Krakow meeting with new ideas, fresh energy and many wonderful memories.
We are already looking forward to the next meeting with excitement.
