Project Summary

Located in the Ferko Signature building in Levent, the 3,000 m² office was planned for the Turkey operations of a global e-commerce company. Diem acted as the main contractor for the project. All construction works, mechanical–electrical installations, site coordination and technical fit-out processes were executed by our team, and the project was delivered in as little as four months.

This project stands out as a comprehensive implementation that required high-level coordination and multi-stakeholder management—where an interior design that is modern, fluid and employee-focused was integrated with precise technical and construction execution.

With the post-pandemic shift away from full remote work and hybrid models being reshaped, the importance of physical office environments has risen once again. The rapidly growing team structure in Turkey and the return-to-office transition created a need for a larger, more modern and highly functional workspace in Istanbul for our client.

In this context, Diem undertook the project as the main contractor. All architectural and construction works were delivered by our team in accordance with the global design criteria. The project also carries strategic value as it marks our fourth collaboration with the same global client—demonstrating a long-term, trust-driven and continuously evolving partnership.

Application Strategy Based on Existing Infrastructure

Before proceeding with implementation, we carried out a detailed analysis of the existing space, including:

Transferring a Fluid Design Language Into Built Space

The design featured curved glass partitions, soft circulation lines and a transparent office layout—elements requiring high precision during implementation.

As Diem, we executed:

  All architectural components were delivered on-site with full fidelity to the drawings.

Construction and Technical Execution of Flexible Workspaces

In line with the functional zoning strategy, all construction activities were managed meticulously, including:

• installation of open-plan work modules
• acoustic insulation of meeting rooms
• construction of quiet rooms and phone booths
• social area and open kitchen fit-out
• modular ceiling and lighting systems
• electrical, mechanical and data infrastructure

Throughout the process, real-time coordination was maintained with design teams to ensure compliance with global standards.

Seamless Coordination With International Design & Control Teams

The project was closely monitored by the client’s global design teams throughout execution. As the main contractor, we successfully managed:
