First 2026 Studio Alliance Meeting in Hamburg!

As the Studio Alliance team, bringing together Europe's leading office design and fit-out experts, we kick off the excitement of 2026 with our first strategic meeting. This special gathering will take place on March 25-26 in Hamburg, the heart of modern architecture and trade. Studio Alliance Synergy Continues in Hamburg

As with the summits we have held in previous years, we will share knowledge with our business partners across Europe during the Hamburg meeting. Studio Alliance enables us to provide cross-border solutions to our clients by combining local expertise with a global vision. In this first meeting of the year, we will comprehensively address the network's 2026 strategies and next-generation office solutions.

Apoprojekt and the Lean Management Vision

One of the most important stops of our visit will be our host Apoprojekt’s deep experience in lean management. Having previously observed their work during our last Hamburg visit , we will now discuss the integration of operational processes into design practices.

As we emphasized in the Lean Management Seminar we organized last September:Our fundamental goal is to achieve "more with less" at every stage, from the construction site to the office.The knowledge exchange with Apoprojekt will allow us to reflect this discipline more strongly in our projects.We aim to enhance project efficiency through these global collaborations.

Studio Alliance meetings are not just meetings; they also serve as a think-tank where European architectural trends are shaped. Throughout the two days we spend in Hamburg, we will strengthen our global collaborations by discussing application experiences from different countries.
