We have four project groups: Diem Academy, Diem Social Media, Diem Technology and We are Together, in order to increase our internal development, motivation and cooperation.

Diem Technology researches and presents projects to expand the company's network and relations with technology, and tries to integrate current resources and software into the company.
Just like our technology needs that we carry personally in our pockets, purses or arms, companies need software that they should keep in their corporate bags and that, although not exactly the same, will enable the entire company to speak a common language and facilitate joint action towards common goals in the future. At this point, we decided to create a program that would meet the needs of DIEM, have access from anywhere with internet, contribute to improvements in all possible points and be open to continuous development, and started our work with Diem Technology.
Diem Portal, which we started the first online tests on October 29, 2022 by creating the entire infrastructure with Diem's own funds, is available to the entire company as of the beginning of March 2023. First of all, high-risk problems among Diem's departments are determined and analyzed, and "How do we produce solutions with Diem Portal?" We are looking for an answer. Afterwards, we complete the necessary business analyzes and decide on the processes on visual documents and decide how to transfer them to Diem Portal with technical details. After the transfers are made, we complete the final revisions by performing the conformity tests in our public test area Diem devPortal, which has a user name just before it is made available to the personnel, and make it available to the personnel on the live system. Even if it is put into use, end users can give different opinions according to their own needs. When there are applicable points, information is sent to all personnel who perform similar operations by integrating them.

If we consider each topic that all our departments are indirectly or directly involved in as a module, DEMAND, NON-DEMAND (External) INVOICES and PERSONNEL CASE are currently in use in Diem Portal and their development continues. Considering the two modules excluding Personnel Safes, as the most fundamental improvements in terms of time and savings, we have completely eliminated the use of an annual average of 14 thick folders full of A4 paper, which most people do not see in the background, and we have achieved a total time saving of at least 4 days per month.
In line with the requests from our managers and departments, it is planned to make many additional modules in the coming time, excluding the improvement of the existing ones. Among these, the main title is the Contracts and Purchase Orders made by Diem for all its supplies, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Occupational Safety, which we always have to keep under control at our construction sites and in our head office, and Progress Payments plans that we control with their production projects and on-site measurements. available to be integrated with As sub-applications, we have plans to develop Ground Vision Notes (works have already begun), Sample Request and Follow-up for the technical office to follow up on their demands, and Supplier Evaluation Forms for suppliers whose construction site applications have been completed.

Diem Portal, which can be easily accessed with any web browser on computers, can also be easily accessed with web browsers on mobile devices. However, we intend to implement mobile applications for phones and tablets following the completion of the general modules in order to further facilitate the use on mobile devices.
